TULSA, Okla. (August 8, 2017) Set for a rematch at the Jackson Motor Speedway in Byram, Miss. on Friday, August 11 and Saturday, August 12, the Lucas Oil ASCS Southern Outlaw Sprints will take on the OUSCS for bragging rights across the southern United States.

Shortened to a one-day affair in 2016 with the help of Mother Nature, the score currently tips the way of the Lucas Oil ASCS Southern Outlaw Sprints as Tennessee’s Brian Bell picked up the win over Marshall Skinner with Anthony Nicholson making up the podium.

Sitting atop the standings with the Lucas Oil ASCS/SOS is Michael Miller. Leading by 135 markers, Louisiana’s Lane Whittington holds second with Nick Snyder, Tristan Lee, and Kyle Amerson making the top-five in driver standings. For USCS, the chase for the championship is a matchup of the veteran and the up and coming racer as Terry Gray paces Jordon Mallett by a mere two points. Morgan Turpen, Tony Agin, and Jeff Willingham round out the top-five.

Friday, August 11 opens at 5:00 P.M. with racing at 7:30 P.M. Saturday, August 12 opens at 4:00 P.M. and races at 7:00 P.M. The weekend will also consist of Late Models, Modifieds, Mini Stocks, and Stock Cars. Admission on Friday night is $15, with Saturday’s front gate price set a $20. Discounts are available each night for Seniors, Military, and young children. Both nights, kids six and under are admitted free into the grandstands.
