FAYETTEVILLE, GA - The O'Reilly United Sprint Car Series has issued an URGENT Technical Bulletin to inform competitors that mufflers will be required for this weekend's events at East Bay Raceway Park on Friday night, November 4th and Saturday night, November 5th.
