Tiffany propels outstanding O'Reilly USCS season to NSCHOF Rookie of the Year nomination

Atlanta, GA - National Sprint Car Hall of Fame "Rookie of the Year"
nominee, Matt Tiffany from Daytona Beach, Florida, had an outstanding rookie season with the O'Reilly Auto Parts United Sprint Car SeriesThe sixteen year old finished fifth in the O'Reilly USCS National point standings and picked up a feature win in the O'Reilly USCS Asphalt Thunder Tour. Tiffany, driving the Independent Printing #19T, had twelve top five finishes and finished twenty-seven times in the top ten in forty-seven starts with the series.
Tiffany also picked up six Airflow Research Power Dash wins and garnered eight heat race wins along the way. He also picked up one B-Main event win. Tiffany finished in the runner-up spot for the 2005 Rookie
of the Year in the O'Reilly USCS behind another fast Floridian, twenty year old Bryn Gohn from Malabar. After racing go-karts and spending a season and a half in mini-sprints, Tiffany came to an O'Reilly USCS sponsored driving and set-up clinic last Fall at Lanier National Speedway. There he tested a rental sprint car and was hooked.
