• O'Reilly USCS Practice Opportunity at South Georgia Motorsports Park on Friday!

May 8, 2006 - For immediate release:

Cecil, GA - The O'Reilly United Sprint Car Series www.uscsracing.com race teams will have an opportunity to test and tune this Friday night (May 12th) for the O'Reilly USCS Asphalt Thunder Tour national points event racing action on Saturday night (May 13th) at South Georgia Motorsports Park www.sgmpracing.com in Cecil (near Adel ), Georgia during an open practice session at the speedway. The event is being sponsored locally by O'Reilly Auto Parts www.oreillyauto.com , Mediacom and Coca Cola.



The practice session begins at 6:30 p.m. and lasts until 9:30 p.m. Admission to the pit area will be $20 for car/driver entry, which includes a Pit Pass for the driver. Additional racecars with the same driver $10 each. Pit Passes are $10 per person. Only the Pits will be open for this Test & Tune - the Grandstands will be closed!

Advance tickets to the O'Reilly USCS event at SGMP featuring many of the nationally ranked drivers of 700 horsepower winged outlaw style open wheel cars in action are available at participating O'Reilly Auto Parts stores through out the South Georgia area.

The beautiful South Georgia Motorsports Park facility is located on US Highway along side I-75 between exits #32 and #37 and can be seen from I-75. between the towns of Adel and Cecil, Georgia in Cook county. The best directions are to exit I-75 at Exit #32 then travel East for 0.3 mile on Old Coffee Rd. to US. Highway 41. Then, turn North for one mile to SGMP.
