USCS Open Wheel Modifieds $1000 to win at Clayhill Motorsports Monday May 29th

Atwood, TN - The cars and stars of the USCS Open Wheel Modifieds are set to join the O'Reilly Auto Parts United Sprint Car Series for a holiday Monday night USCS double-header contest this coming Monday night May 29th at Clayhill Motorsports in Atwood, Tennessee. The event is expected to drawn many of the top Open Wheel Modified drivers from a four state area. The track has been completely re-modeled and will be a treat for racers and fans who have not yet been there.
The race will award USCS Open Wheel Modified championship points and will pay $1000 to win the 25-lap A-main event. $100 will also go to the winner of the 6 car-6 lap USCS Modified Dash event. Ben Reed from Atoka, Tennessee is the series points leader with 548 points after four events. Shane Harris from Humboldt and Junior Lemmings from Jackson, Tennessee are tied for second with 526 points. Just six points back in fourth is David McCarver from Memphis, Tennessee. Rookie driver J.C Waller from Arlington, Tennessee rounds out the top five in the standings with 516 points.
