Saturday night 09/05/15 the JBMotorsports team made the trip to Riverside Speedway, West Memphis, Arkansas to visit the track known as "The Ditch". Jim has made three trips over the years to this famous track and making the feature is one of the toughest places to do so. The competition weekly is some of the best drivers in the country. Jim would use Heat #2 and finish 7th to finally find the line around this tricky 1/4 mile oval. Feeling good for the feature Jim would start 14th. An initial crash at the start of the feature took out some heavy hitters, Tim Crawley and AG Rains. Once the feature restarted the team and set up crew chief Bob Thompson put under the car worked to perfection. The car was the best it ever has been at the track and Jim worked his was up and finished a solid 10th. A great run by the team, even thou the car was still having overheating issues. An advanced magneto was to blame for that and will be fixed for the teams next run.
