Had a great night at Ft Payne Motor Speedway. Started 2nd in the feature, followed the leader for about 14 laps, until making my pass for the lead in lap traffic. Second Place and the lap car got together spinning the lap car out, forcing us back to the previous lap lineup. I never had a shot to get back around the leader, forcing me to settle with a runner up finish. On to Blue Ridge Motor Speedway, I Had a good night going until the feature. We had a really fast car all night and was slated to start the feature in 5th position. Unfortunately the new power steering pump I put on that day did not agree with letting me race the feature. Before the drop of the green, the power steering pump locked up so hard it sheared the cam spud off the engine. This left the fuel pump not turning, so the car died and i was resulted with a DNS.
