DALE HOWARD GETS 4TH 2026 USCS VICTORY IN RUMBLE AT THE RIVER AT RIVERSIDE

WEST MEMPHIS, AR –JULY, 18, 2026 -
Defending Series National Champion Dale Howard of Byhalia, MS drove to his fourth win of the season on Saturday night in the 30-lap Feature Race for the Hoosier Racing Tire United Sprint Car Series Presented By XC Gear 30th Anniversary Outlaw Thunder Tour at Riverside International Raceway. It was the 44th USCS career win for Howard, who started 12th.

Ernie Ainsworth of Bartlett, TN finished second and third went to the 16-time USCS National Champion and National Sprint Car Hall of Fame Inductee Terry Gray of Bartlett, TN. Keith Ainsworth of Munford, TN took the fourth spot and Brayden Taylor of Hernando, MS was fifth.

Tyler Whatley of West Memphis, AR drove to a sixth-place finish and Trent Moss of Medon, TN came home in seventh. Polesitter Conner Wray of Olive Branch, MS took the eighth spot and ninth went to USCS point leader Jeff Willingham of Ripley, MS who started 22nd and earned the Wilwood Disc Brakes Hard Charger of the Race Award. Wesley Shepard of Coldwater, MS rounded out the top ten.

In preliminary action, Wray won the six-lap Hoosier Racing Tire Speed Dash to earn the Pole Position for the 30-lap Feature Race. The 15-lap B-Main was won by Hayden Brinkley of Bono, AR. The four eight-lap Heat Races were won by Ernie Ainsworth in the Engler Machine & Tool First Heat, Whatley in the XC Gear Second Heat, Gray in the HERO Graphics Third Heat, and Keith Ainsworth in the Huggins Cams Fourth Heat.

The next two races for the Hoosier Racing Tire United Sprint Car Series Presented By XC Gear 30th Anniversary Outlaw Thunder Tour will be at Lavonia (GA) Speedway on Friday night, July 24 and Dixie Speedway in Woodstock, GA on Saturday night, July 25.
