USCS United Sprint Car Series
USCS North South Shootout at I-75 Raceway POSTPONED until May 2nd & 3rd
?¦POSTPONED!!¦? Attention please! Due to the high chances of rain on Thursday and Friday of this week, the United Sprint Car Series and Great Lakes Super Sprints have agreed with I-75 Raceway management to postpone this weekend's USCS North vs. South Sprint Car SHOOTOUT ¦¦¦UNTIL FRIDAY and SATURDAY, MAY 2nd and 3rd¦¦¦.
I know it seems like we would just show up Saturday and race, but, both Sprint Car Series race teams are mostly located 6 to 10 hours from I-75 Raceway and, it is just not feasible for them to tow that far for one night of competition.
I-75 Raceway plans to run a weekly racing program with possibly an early start this Saturday...stay tuned for the details!
We are as disappointed as anyone for this decision on the Sprint car event and after coming to I-75 Raceway for a decade, we always look forward to seeing all of you great friends and fans. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause anyone.
